Monster Cookies
Makes 12 jumbo cookies
What You Need:
- 1 Bag of Belly's Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C Butter - Melted
- 1/2 C Creamy, Drippy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 C Chocolate Coated Candies (we used Unreal brand!)
- Milk of Choice
- Note: The amount of milk needed will depend on the texture of your peanut butter. Add 1 TBSP at a time until desired cookie dough texture has been achieved. For example, we used 3 TBSP in our recipe.
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Begin by adding the egg, butter and peanut butter to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Add Belly's Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and stir to begin combining the ingredients.
- Add milk, 1 TBSP at a time, until the desired cookie dough texture has been achieved.
- Fold in the chocolate coated candies.
- Form the cookie dough into large balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350F for ~15 minutes or until the cookies begin to brown.
- Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool before digging in!
