Valentine's Day Brownie Cake
*Note: Depending on the size of your mold, you may need to double the recipe.
What You'll Need:
  • One package of Belly's Double Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C Butter or Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 8-inch heart shaped mold (we bought these from Amazon & used the 8'' one)
  • Toppings of Choice! (we used pink whipped cream & sprinkles)

Instructions:

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350F.
  • Add the eggs, butter/oil & vanilla extract to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add Belly's Brownie Mix and stir to form the batter.
  • Transfer the batter to a heart shaped baking dish.
  • Baking time will depend on the size of your mold. Our usual brownies call for 24-26 minutes but I baked these for 30, until the a toothpick inserted in the middle came out clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before removing them from the mold.
  • Decorate & enjoy! 🩷🩷

Additional Tips:

Use smaller molds to make personal size cakes, or double up the recipe for a larger gathering. Also, if decorating with whipped cream, wait to add the whipped cream until you're ready to serve.
